Since the creation of his company, Martin has dedicated himself to developing a robust talent network as well as maintaining longstanding client relationships.  Martin brings his personal enthusiasm to each search in order to uniquely deliver on the needs of his clients.  Martin’s opinion and advice is often cited as one of his unique offerings as a recruiter.  Both candidates and clients look to Martin for his insight, honesty and candid guidance.  Prior to his career in executive search Martin was a senior level marketing and sales executive where he held positions at Pfizer, Kraft, Johnson and Johnson and several of their successor divisions. Martin holds two undergraduate degrees from Yeshiva University and holds an MBA with concentrations in marketing and organizational development from The Graduate School of Business, Columbia University.
