Rebecca Kartin Levin, Vice President, Retail and Digital Business Development

Rebecca joined her father as an executive recruiter after a career as a Cosmetics & Fragrance Buyer in retail and e-commerce.  Rebecca’s talent and passion for recruiting were evident early on.  Martin and Rebecca are determined to create an incomparable father daughter recruiting practice.  Like her father Rebecca honed her skills and developed her talents in the industries and with the companies she now recruits in.  After enjoying much success at Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue and Macys.com Rebecca joined the practice.  Today at Martin Kartin and Company, Rebecca brings this experience to her specialty as an executive recruiter in the retail and digital platforms.  Having made the transition from a traditional retail buyer to an e-commerce buyer Rebecca understands personally the similarities and differences in these two distribution and marketing channels.  In addition, Rebecca has a unique understanding of department stores, specialty stores and independent retailers as well as the consumers they serve.  Rebecca intimately understands the new generation of talent and how to match their specific dynamic with the today’s newly defined roles and organizations.  Rebecca holds a BA from Yeshiva University.
